Almost blown away

We all know that investment performance can be a confusing topic but Rachida Dati, a French politician has taken it to extremes.

When asked on national radio about overseas invesment funds profiteering during a period of economic uncertainty she evidently got a bit muddled. According to the Daily Mail she said that:

“I see some of them looking for returns of 20 or 25 per cent, at a time when fellatio is almost non-existent.”

Evidently the French term “fellation”—oral sex performed on a man—sounds similar to “inflation” (which has the same meaning as in English). (article continues below)

Perhaps she has a poor mind for figures.
