Property trust adds ex-Pru finance officer to board

The TR Property investment trust has appointed David Watson, former finance director at Prudential, to the board.
Watson, who joins in April, was formerly chief financial officer of Morley Fund Management and is currently a non-executive director of Kames Capital and Hermes Fund Management.
The trust is also set to appoint Caroline Burton to the board; she currently sits as a non-executive at Rathbones, BlackRock Smaller Companies investment trust and Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society.
Burton replaces Richard Stone who will retire at the trust’s annual general meeting in July.
